If you have a problem with unzipping files, please use 7zip, also if it shows you that files is corrupted it mean that files are not properly downloaded, the best way is to use some download manager – like jdownloader.

The latest firmware available is K0260, if your MMI has for example K0070, you have to install first K0206, K0257 and then K0260

This update will not enable bluetooth streaming music on MMI 3G Basic unit. To stream music via bluetooth you’ll need module like this (click).

- After purchase you can download all files in to your computer and put them on to SDCARD.
Please keep in mind there’s lots of files to download! if something going wrong, please contact with us! We will create cloud account for you to download all files.

Computer requirements
To prepare SDCARD’s with firmware or maps update we strongly recommend use Windows based computer.
MacOS is creating lots of hidden files on SDCARD because of which one MMI might show error.
However some of customers told us that they used application called “Clean My drive2” on macOS to clean SDCARDs after preparation and it works as well.

Update process it’s quite complicated and need to install HK maps first then your maps and repeat this process few times. (HK maps included)

Bose / Bang Olufsen note! Important
If your car is equipped with Bose or Bang & Olufsen audio system, there are additional steps required during the update.
Everything it’s described in our online manuals here. (click) it’s related only to FIRMWARE update,
If you don’t know how to recognise Bose / Bang & Olufsen audio system, then the best way is to check the silver trim around door speakers.. if it’s Says Bose / Bang Olufsen then you need apply additional steps.. if there’s nothing then you can perform standard update.

The easiest way is to check the software version that is loaded in the system. To do this, enter the car menu by pressing the CAR button, then press SETUP or MENU, then select the “Version” submenu and read the value from the line marked with the letters “SW“.

U.K BREXIT import tax

After 1/1/2021 if you live in United Kingdom you’ll need to pay import tax if you decide to buy physical product from us.
It’s only appear for SD CARDs and any physical modules you can get from us.
Digital downloads are not affected!
For all other European customers – you don’t need to worry, as our company has moved to the Europe and most stuff it’s sent from Poland, which means you don’t need to pay any customs or import taxes. This only affect United Kingdom customers.
This is because of Brexit.. and affect you when you will buy any physical products outside U.K. doesn’t matter from which store.
